Selecting a Facility

Selecting a facility is one of the most important decisions a church planter will make.  We've put together a brief list of questions to consider when looking at potential meeting places.

  1. Is the site located on a major road or intersection?
  2. Does the site have good visibility or is it hard to find?
  3. Is the parking lot easy to access?  Does it have plenty of parking?
  4. Are there any psychological barriers for your target audience?
  5. Is the potential site in a desirable location?
  6. Does it have adequate space for children's ministry?
  7. Are there any time limitations (when you have be out, etc.)?
  8. Will you be able to put out temporary signage?
  9. What image does the potential site communicate?
  10. How much does it cost?
